I am unable to login to complete my assessments.
Solution
Refer to the following steps if you are having issues logging into the assessment portal with your SSO Login.
- Clear cache and cookies from your browser and close all windows.
- Open a new window and ensure that you are logged into your organizations SSO.
- Revisit the assessment portal login page.
- Click "SSO Login" and see if you are taken to the assessment portal.
- If you are brought back to the same place/error, enter your email in the "Username" field and click "Next".
- You should then be asked to login to your organizations SSO and taken to the assessment portal.
