- New – The ticket has been logged and is unassigned.
- Researching – Ticket is assigned, and responsibility of action is with the support analyst.
- Awaiting Development - A defect has been logged with the Heidrick and Struggles development team.
- Development Request - A request has been made to the Heidrick and Struggles development team. It is not a defect or software issue.
- Awaiting Customer – The Support Analyst is waiting for additional information from the customer.
- Solution Proposed – A solution has been provided to the customer and Heidrick Support is waiting for customer to review and approve. This may be:
- Functionality information
- A code fix.
- Complete – the ticket is closed.
