Issue Detail
A leader is attempting to access the Capabilities Assessment within Heidrick for Leaders as they were unable to complete the assessment. However, the user is shown a message stating they have already completed the assessment.
Solution
The Development team was able to update the Leader's profile and the Leader was able to log into his Heidrick for Leaders account and complete the assessment.
