We are thrilled to announce the launch of Cinq's latest feature: the Multinational Coach Impact Survey! The tool is designed to allow coaches from different geographies to create surveys using localised language, starting with a UK version.
Context
This request came from @Powell, Cathy who wanted to release a survey for our UK clients that helped to capture the ROI of our coaching programs in Pound Sterling (£) instead of US Dollars ($).
How to use
- Navigate to the "Survey" tab in Cinq.
- Filter the cohort and leader.
- In the top right, there is an option for "Language". Use this dropdown to select the desired language (UK or US English).
- The language and currency for that user's survey will be changed to what is selected.
- The question language in the output report is also adjusted to the localised version.
Note, that the survey language will reflect what is selected in the dropdown at any time. Be careful of changing the language if a user has already begun their survey.

The aim here is to increase the number of Coach Impact Surveys that we send out as part of our programs to:
- Adapt to Global Needs: We have designed the feature to be flexible across languages and currencies. This adaptability means that we can capture data across markets, with the UK as our initial focus.
- Enhance Data Capture: This survey offers a great opportunity to collect feedback on the leader's experience and the coach's performance. Capturing data on this will allow us to make informed decisions on future programming and identify topics for coach training.
- Showcase Coaching ROI: The impact of our coaches is more than just qualitative; it's quantifiable. With the Coach Impact Survey, we can demonstrate a tangible Return on Investment (ROI) to our clients. This evidence of effectiveness is not only a powerful tool for validation but also serves as a key asset in our marketing strategies to secure future business.
